Group,Ungroup & Subtotal in Ms-Excel
In this video we can discuss about How to Group & Ungroup the Rows & Columns.
How to use the Sub Total option Excel Sheet.
Group:-
Select a set of rows or columns that you wish to group together.
Click on the Data tab in the Ribbon.
Click on the Group button in the Outline Group.
Click on Group option
Hide the Selected rows & columns in excel sheet.
Then click the Plus Icon.
Then display the selected rows & columns
Ungroup:-
Select a Grouping rows or columns
Click on the Data tab in the Ribbon.
Click on the UnGroup button in the Outline Group.
Click on UnGroup option
Click on the Data tab in the Ribbon.
Click on the UnGroup button in the Outline Group.
Click on UnGroup option
Then Ungrouping the selected rows & columns
