How to use Format Painter in Ms-Excel

In this video we can discuss about How to use Format Painter in Ms-Excel

Format Painter:-

Select the text or graphic that has the formatting that you want to copy.

Click Format Painter Button image. The pointer changes to a paintbrush icon.

To apply formatting to more than one block of text or graphic, double-click Format Painter 

To stop formatting, press Esc.
